End User License Agreement (EULA) – Evallyshop

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Evallyshop regarding the use of software products purchased from Evallyshop, including antivirus software and any other digital applications (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

• Evallyshop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software only for personal or business purposes as permitted by the original software provider.
  
• The license is valid for the duration purchased, as indicated in your order or subscription.
  

2. Scope of Use

• You may install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
• You may make backup copies of the Software for personal use.
• You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as explicitly authorized
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
  • Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Ownership

• The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the original software provider.
• Evallyshop acts solely as a reseller and facilitator of the Software license.
  

4. Subscription & Updates

• Software subscriptions (if applicable) automatically renew unless canceled according to the original provider’s terms.
• Evallyshop or the software provider may offer updates or patches to the Software, which you agree to install to maintain security and functionality.
  

5. Warranty Disclaimer

• The Software is provided “as is”.
• Evallyshop does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Evallyshop is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use, system incompatibility, or malware unrelated to the Software.
• All warranties regarding the Software, including performance and fitness for a particular purpose, are provided solely by the original software provider.
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• Evallyshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, system failures, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Software.
  
• Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price paid for the Software.
  

7. Termination

• This Agreement is effective until terminated.
  
• Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you violate any terms.
  
• Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software and any related materials.
  

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts, USA.
